Answer all questions and provide detailed and accurate information
Perform ticket sales for all entertainment, including assisting guests with modifications, or cancellation requests
Verbally communicates information to guests regarding the property's facilities whenever possible
Resolve guest complaints within the scope of authority and informs management of any unresolved issue
Provides great service at all times
Balances cash and ticket transactions
Assists with seating guests during show nights
Performs other related duties as required
