ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Maintain and replenish all beverage, ice, supplies, and condiments at service areas and bars. Assist with inventory control by alerting bartender when the supplies are low.
  2. Assist bartenders/servers in setting up, cleaning and maintaining of all bars and food and beverage service areas.
  3. Thoroughly cleans and restocks all stations, bars, storerooms at closing shift.
  4. Responsible for assuring the highest quality guest experience by following the Purpose and Value Model at all times.
  5. Work effectively with other employees, vendors, and guests to provide quality, efficient service.
  6. Adhere to all state, county, and federal regulations, and the Company's Internal controls, policies & procedures.
  7. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

None.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactory. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations. Regular attendance required.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school or Equivalency; entry level-no experience required; prefer six months work history in any field.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

High School or Equivalency; entry level-no experience required; prefer six month work history in any field.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Must be able to effectively communicate in English. Must be able to write reports and read and write simple lists, interoffice memorandums, and business correspondence.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers.

COMPUTER SKILLS

Point of sale knowledge a plus.

REASONING ABILITY
