**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Medication Tech to join our healthcare team. The Medication Tech will be responsible for assisting in the administration of medications to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified Medication Technician (CMT) preferred
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team

**Responsibilities:**
- Assist in the administration of medications to residents as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Maintain accurate records of medication doses and times administered
- Monitor residents for any adverse reactions to medications and report to healthcare providers
- Ensure medications are stored securely and in accordance with regulations
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
- Assist with other healthcare duties as needed

**Work Environment:**
The Medication Tech will work in a healthcare facility such as a nursing home, assisted living facility, or hospital. This role may involve standing for long periods and lifting/moving residents when necessary. The work environment may include exposure to infectious diseases and require adherence to strict safety protocols.

**Schedule:**
This is a full-time position with the possibility of working evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the needs of the facility. Flexibility in scheduling is essential to meet the 24/7 needs of the healthcare facility.
