ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Responsible for all occurrences during shift.
  2. Assures that established procedures are complied with.
  3. Checks all clerical transactions and verifies all transactions on gaming tables.
  4. Has authority to issue credit to guests.
  5. Continuously walks through the Table Games area, observing activities and protecting assets.
  6. Responsible for shift accounting and player reports. Writes and oversees submission of incident reports, as needed.
  7. Continuously monitors staff utilization and recommends/plans changes in staff scheduling.
  8. Grants complimentary items to players based on their player rating.
  9. Ensures large fills and credits are handled in the prescribed manner.
  10. Gives cards and/or dice to respective Pit Managers and ensures used cards and dice are returned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervises Table Games staff during a set shift, with responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Associate Degree required. Three or more years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Must possess and be able to maintain the applicable regional Gaming card(s) and/or License(s), if any.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Must be able to effectively communicate in English.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

COMPUTER SKILLS

Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

REASONING ABILITY

Planning, Remembering Details, Using Arithmetic, Reading, Directing Others, Making Decisions, Discriminating colors, Working Rapidly, Working at Various Tempos, Concentrating Amid Distractions, Examining & Observing Details, Remembering names and Faces.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
